What is the typical shipping timeframe for furniture?
Most of our handcrafted furniture pieces are delivered within 7-14 business days. You will receive a tracking number and a scheduled delivery window once your order leaves our warehouse.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Magnolia ships to the contiguous United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations soon.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We want you to love your space. If you are not satisfied, you can return decor items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping costs.
Are your textiles and linens machine washable?
Most of our linens and throw covers are machine washable on a gentle cycle. However, we recommend checking the specific care label on each product to ensure longevity.
Do you provide swatches for sofas and upholstered chairs?
Yes, we offer complimentary fabric swatches so you can see and feel the material in your own lighting before making a final purchase. Contact our support team to request yours.
